Over the last several months, since Missy’s retirement, we have enjoyed living in Woodstock, GA, preparing for our long-awaited, and God willing first of many trips around this vast and fascinating world. Our first adventure is a 100 mile hike in Switzerland, “Tour Du Mont Blanc”. We hope to have gathered all that is needed and built enough stamina for the hike. We will be leaving Georgia for Geneva on August 25th and hope to begin our hike after a couple of days of acclimation to the mountain air.

Dear Richard and Missy this is great news! Have a wonderful adventure and please keep me posted. I shall live vicariously through you until my retirement comes to fruition.Oh yes, please put one of those handsome Swedes in a breathable bag and drop him off in Charlotte on your way back to Georgia so that I will have someone to travel with when the time comes.
